• Tile Murals / Collegiate Tile Logos Return Policy

   

  • Merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange only with the written acceptance of Custom Tile Art Murals, LLC.
  • If you should need to return an item, please notify Sourcing Home Products Customer Service Center via e-mail or fax. You will receive a response with instructions promptly.

• Please include your name, address, telephone, e-mail, Transaction ID, Order Number, description of item being returned  and reason for return. 

  • Only goods in their original packaging and with their authentic packing slip shall be accepted for credit within 14 days of initial purchase.  A restocking fee of no less than 25% of the net value of the returning merchandise shall apply.
  • Reimbursement shall be tendered to the customer in the form of store credit only.
  • Items returned broken, damaged, cracked, or returned in boxes or containers other than their original packaging will not be eligible for return.
  • Custom Sized Tile Murals are not eligible for return. 
  • Shipping costs on returns shall be incurred by the purchaser. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Decorative Hardware Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange only with the written acceptance of Custom Tile Art Murals, LLC. Only goods in their original packaging can be accepted for credit within 90 days of their purchase. A minimum of 15% of the net value of the returned merchandise shall apply. The transportation costs shall be incurred by the purchaser.
